This is a rave review for not only the product but for customer service. My item arrived with a small nick along the edge that left it very sharp. I contacted customer service with photos and they immediately started trying to find a solution. At the end of the day, they sent a whole new replacement product that arrived in perfect condition. It took a while, understandably, but they were communicative throughout and went above and beyond to leave me satisfied. I will be a repeat customer for sure!!
