Ordered a custom gate. Overall I am happy but detailed review below: QUALITY: Excellent! I really love this gate. I had spent MONTHS agonizing and looking at pet gates. I love that the height and that it works with our home regardless of our decor/furnishings. SHIPPING: I ordered in early November and so orders just started to peak. Because my item was custom it took more time than initially quoted which was a bit disappointing. WHAT COULD’VE BEEN BETTER: 1) I didn’t realize that hardware to attach the wall mounts were not included 2) I ordered custom based on an exchange with customer service, but could’ve gone with a standard 4-panel. My floor as a transition piece from carpet to hardwood. That changes the way it looks when locked usually
